Hits Under Development is a non profit organization that introduces young
new artists to a mentoring program that covers all phases of the music industry. We do this by partnering at risk
youth with experienced industry professionals throughout the entire process of creating and recording a record,
leaving the artist with a finished product, ready to market and the knowledge to make smart and prosperous career choices.
