The rubber band frame. What's new about this from all that I see is that I put in a relative center point with a fixed (absolute) left and right based upon browser width. Now that's pretty cool But I have a number of multi-layers that I'm going to add to this... like a container that acts likes a iframe with it's own custom scroll bar, thanks to Gerard Ferrandez at dhteumeuleu.com I was able to tweet his script to collapse or expand with my rubber band frame. Note: The container is not a iframe meaning Google friendly, the content is on the page.
